Adhering to this guiding spirit of our Indiafest, we welcome you to the Performing Arts or the Entertainment section of this event. Performing Arts gives an opportunity to showcase a wide variety of the rich traditional, classical, semi-classical, folk, fusion, appropriate movie dances and other dances of various regions of India. Apart from dances, Yoga, music, song recitals, dramas or short skits depicting a tradition, festival or a cultural event are also demonstrated on stage.

The highlight of the stage events on both days of this exciting and popular festival is the “Fashion Show” where beautiful models walk the runway in their gorgeous traditional or modern outfits to the heart throbbing beats of the world famous “Bollywood” music. These stage events give an opportunity for the children and adults in the community to create wonderful memories, lifelong friendships and bonds while learning new dances. It helps to create a team spirit and a sense of belonging. They also learn a new language in a fun filled way.

We have been celebrating this festival for the last 16 years with the overwhelming love and support from the community. The enthusiasm of the participants, choreographers and volunteers is the very heart of the success of the Performing Arts Section of Indiafest.
